$19 drop-in fee to try a class - Please call ahead to ensure there is space.
$105 for either Tuesday or Thursday 6 total classes
$192 for both Tuesday and Thursday 12 total classes
Paula has a degree in Sports Science with an emphasis in health. She is a certified fitness instructor that is qualified to train men and women of all fitness levels. Paula has years of experience working with individuals of all fitness levels. She has the perfect approach to make you feel comfortable and help you reach your fitness goals in a healthy way.
For Paula exercising is not just about physical ability, but attitude state of mind. She will make you feel and look your best!
